Aglianico, the King of the southern Italian reds from one of the largest organic vineyards in the world, French Camp. 1,700 sprawling organically farmed acres in Southeastern Paso it holds 27 different varieties and is certified sustainable. Structured with firm tannin and deep blue fruit, this is the perfect complementary food wine for any roasted or grilled meat and veggie combo. Aged 10 months in neutral oak and bottled with care. GRENACHE

Grenache that showcases another side of Paso, last vintage ever of the incredible organically farmed vineyard Luna Matta. Resting at 1,750 feet of elevation this cool climate site played host to bee colonies and olive trees layered in it’s steep hillsides. Bright acidity, generous dark cherry with an herbaceous layered finish. This wine is light on its feet in addition to being age worthy and great with lighter fare. Aged 10 months in neutral oak to round out the texture but not influence the bright fruit of this classic Rhône varietal. Take this for a spin as an alternative to your usual Pinot Noir.

ALBARIÑO

Albariño, also known as Alvarinho and Cainho Branco among other synonyms has made it’s way around the world and in this case made itself to Riverbench Vineyard. Located in Santa Maria and dating back to 1973 and situated on the banks of the Sisquoc river this wine expresses incredible minerality.

Direct press rosé that is a blend of 3 varieties that add their own character and personality. Grenache, the signature grape for the winery leads that charge and lends freshness and fruit. Tempranillo, while lacking acidity brings body and flavor. Grenache Blanc added in lieu of manipulation to give brightness & acidity to a special rosé you can drink all summer long.
