Casa Bianca Syrah- This 40 acre property using organic and sustainable practices with some regenerative farming techniques thrown in. These 50 year old vines are own rooted  and we leave in 25% whole cluster to capture earthy tones. We co-ferment 3% Viognier and do an extended 36 day maceration to maximize flavor and aroma. Located at the end of the heralded Foxen Canyon road this French variety can be blended but we love it on its own!
